Registration & Payment

All parish clergy, convention delegates and ex officio members will automatically be on the registration list. Simply bring your registration card to the registration area and you will receive your packet. Alternates being seated to replace delegates need separate paperwork done by their rector.
All other parochial and retired clergy need to send in their annual report and check off whether you intend to come to Convention. If you say yes, you will be on the registration list. If you say no and change your mind, please notify the Governance Office.
All non-parochial clergy must send in their petition to vote (contained in their annual report) by 30 days before the Convention. If you do so, you will be on the registration list. If you do not, you will not be able to vote, but you may have a visitor packet.
Convention fees cover meals, Convention materials, parking, etc. Please note that the payment of Convention fees is not linked to clergy and delegate registration - changes in delegates must be done with the Governance Office. If you are a member of the clergy who had indicated you weren't attending, please let the Governance Office know if you have changed your mind.
Convention Fees must be received by Thursday, January 21, 2010. (Payment via credit card and check available on-line). Rectors or the parish office will reserve for their entire delegation and make the payments. Everyone who attends the convention – rectors, other clergy, delegates, alternates, and guests must be included in the reservation. The fee for the entire convention is $55.00 per person. Single day attendance (for retired clergy, guests and exhibitors only) is $20.00 per day. Unpaid fees must be made at the Fee table in the registration area on Friday.
Dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday are included in your convention fee. Please note that overflow seating for meals can be found on the 7th floor, in the Pilgrim Observation Gallery. Other hospitality will be available through most of the convention: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water. On Friday afternoon, there will be cookies provided by Episcopal Senior Ministries. On Saturday morning, there will be some baked goods and fruit available. Please place any bottles or cans in the recycling containers.
