Welcome to the web site for the 2008 Episcopal Diocese of Washington Convention. This year saw a wonderful and energizing diocesan convention in Washington National Cathedral. The convention speaker, Peter Steinke, gave an excellent presentation on good communication and congregational growth. His presentation, along with Bishop Chane's convention address, and the Rev.
